Degenerates Drinking Coffee shall not be responsible for any damages or personal injuries, whether incidental or consequential, or claims for such damages based on any legal theory, which may occur while using their products or giveaway items. By purchasing from Degenerates Drinking Coffee, you hereby generally and completely release the Company, and its affiliated, related, parent and subsidiary entities, and their current and former directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, agents, attorneys, predecessors, successors, insurers, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, that arise out of or are in any way related to events, acts, conduct, or omissions occurring prior to, on, or after the date of purchase.
